Risk assessment and mitigation

We have used our risk assessment and mitigation approach to turn around the safety performance of a company that had been experiencing a serious, life changing injury to an employee every one to one and a half years over a period of 10 years. By life changing we mean the injured employee required months of rehabilitation, never returned to work or was fatally injured. Our approach is team based, likely will require minimal capital expense, and with the right follow-up and implementation is effective and sustainable. In the case of the above mentioned company they have gone over 6 years without a serious injury.
