In addition to his extensive experience he is a progressive thinker and continuous learner who is skilled at applying his experiences in a variety of industries, business conditions and cultures. At Compass Minerals International, Inc. he was an Officer of the company, the lead executive supporting the Environmental, Health and Safety Committee and a key contributor at Board meetings on operational, environmental, health, safety, capital, and due diligence topics.
